SYNOPSIS
What really happened to murdered teenager Tiffany Wilson? A true crime TV show veers off badly shot actual police footage, lame re-enactments and self-serving interview segments and segues into the surreal.

A scientist re-enacts his examination of crime scene evidence for the hit TV show, "Forensic Mysteries".
DIRECTOR'S STATEMENT
"I say, as a joke, that in my fiction work, I’m the sex-and-death girl, but it really is true. Forensic Mysteries brings together a number of themes that are important to me, that also reoccur in my feature scripts.
Who survives in life and who doesn’t, and why? Why does society present beauty and sexiness as the female ideal, when in reality those qualities frequently cause you to be preyed upon? Why are the dead given this weirdly condescending saint/victim image, by the very people who didn’t treat them well and let them down while they were still alive?
Which led to the thought of, how would I feel if I was murdered and people talked about me the way they do about the victims on those true crime shows on TV? And the answer was, really fucking pissed off. And Forensic Mysteries was born."
- Daina Manning

High quality actual crime-scene re-enactments are a hallmark of the TV show, "Forensic Mysteries".
